The Franklin County Clerk of Courts, the 10th District Court of Appeals, and all divisions of the Common Pleas Court will be upgrading our Tybera eFlex efiling system. The upgrade is currently planned for the weekend of February 14, 2025. This upgrade will result in the efiling system going offline sometime on the afternoon of Friday, February 14th, and the system being brought back online by 8 a.m. on Tuesday, February 18th. When an exact time for Friday is identified, this message will be updated.

Judicial Experience

Tom Scholl was appointed as a magistrate in the Tenth District Court of Appeals in 2020. He previously served as a staff attorney for the Honorable Susan D. Brown in the Court of Appeals from 2000-2020 and in the Franklin County Domestic Relations Court from 1997-2000. He graduated from Ashland University in 1993 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in business administration and business management. Tom received a Juris Doctor degree from Capital University Law School in 1996.
