The Franklin County Clerk of Courts, the 10th District Court of Appeals, and all divisions of the Common Pleas Court will be upgrading our Tybera eFlex e-filing system. The upgrade is currently planned for the weekend of February 14, 2025. This upgrade will result in the e-filing system going offline at noon on the afternoon of Friday, February 14th. All offices will remain open after noon on Friday, February 14th; however, paper filings will not be accepted in lieu of mandatory electronic filings during this time. Due to this filing outage, the court of appeals has issued an Administrative Journal Entry extending the time for filings due on Friday, February 14, 2025.  We anticipate the system will be brought back online by 6 a.m. on Tuesday, February 18th.
As a reminder, all Franklin County Offices will be closed on Monday, February 17th for Presidents’ Day.  Should technical issues arise that prevent the system upgrade over this weekend, we will communicate the new upgrade date.
